Name: Up there! ^^

Appearence: He has short brown hair and brown eyes, with a curl on the left side of his head, which acts as his erogenous zone when stroked or pulled. He wears a blue military uniform, a black shirt and a blue tie. His eyes are usually closed.

Personality: Italy is a cheerful, energetic man, who loves pasta, pizza, gelato, and cheese. Although he relies on Germany a lot, Italy doesn't really listen to what he says and instead daydreams or wanders off.

Other: He has the verbal tic of making a "Ve" sound almost every other sentence. Though he is relatively weak and timid, he was able to take on Turkey single-handedly at one point. His hobbies include cooking, siestas, painting, and singing.
